The Rotary Club of Burbank Sunrise presented Army Veteran Marcus Romero with a Vocational Scholarship to assist him in continuing his studies at the New York Film Academy in Burbank at a breakfast at the VFW on August 4th.
Vocational Scholarship Recipient
